Our Mission Statement
SNECS, LLC is an IT service and consultation company that focuses on quality support with a personal touch. What makes us different is that we pride ourselves on our dedication to our clients and the rapid response time in which we resolve their IT issues. We firmly believe in preventing IT problems and solving them quickly should they arise. We love all things IT and everyone within our business has a passion for technology, which reflects in our work and service.
SNECS, LLC currently services residential and business clients. We have separate departments for each clientele base and have technicians that specialize in each field. We offer managed IT maintenance, anti-virus protection, data backup plans (including local and cloud backups), new hardware including desktops, laptops, networking equipment and flat rate service plans to all of our clients. We fully believe and stand behind all of our products and services. If our customers are unhappy for any reason, we work with them to come to a solution that works for us and them. We believe quality service and hardware are keys for the success of every network, either home or business.
We provide a fun and challenging work environment with room for growth for our technicians. We want our technicians to feel more like a family rather than a number. We have quarterly outings, like comedy shows or cookouts, that encourage the staff to bond with each other. We want our employees to be happy to come to work and be comfortable here. Many of our employees have been with us for years and there is minimal turnover. We found that of the employees that did part ways from us, it was due to schooling out of state, family relocation or other opportunities that fit their lifestyle better. In all these instances, our former employees left on good terms with positive experiences to bring with them into the future.
We as a company try to enrich the lives of not only our clients and employees but also our community. SNECS, LLC as a company has participated in worthy causes such as “Make Tracks for Kids”, a 5K race to raise money for Woonsocket families. Also, any profit from the launch of our book, “IT Free Fall” is donated directly to Big Brothers, Big Sisters of the Ocean State. We also regularly donate to these and other charities in our community.
In Business Since 2002
Southern New England Computer Services has been in operation since May of 2002.
Both our main headquarters and our retail store are located in North Smithfield, minutes away from the Massachusetts border. We are able to service and respond rapidly to just about anywhere in the tri-state area. We service businesses in RI, MA and CT.
We come from all types of backgrounds and together, we make up a great team. Certain technicians have certain degrees. One technician may have a degree in a field such as servers, while another may have a certification in networking, A+, Microsoft, Cisco, etc. One thing that we all have in common is a Verified Background Check, our HIPAA Certification, and all of us have signed a Customer Privacy and Confidentiality Agreement before working on any computers. We are also TRAC Certified in order for us to meet certain government standards. This way, you can feel secure knowing you computer(s) and/or Server(s) are in safe hands.
