Responsibilities
  • Meet with clients onsite and solve various issues
  • Onsite support for clients and internal IT support
  • Troubleshoot issues onsite or remotely for servers, desktops, laptops, printers, and routers
  • Initially training will consist of learning about our remote assistance tools
  • Track and follow up with all issues within given time-frames
  • Document any new fixes/guides not already in our knowledge-base
  • Excellent in-person, phone and customer service skills are necessary
  • Thorough knowledge of computer software, hardware, networking and applications
  • General knowledge of networking and operating systems
  • Able to work nights and weekends as needed
Qualifications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Willing to travel in company vehicle or own vehicle in tri-state area
  • Able to perform hands-on issues and double-check their work
  • Strong work ethic and time management skills
  • Takes pride in their work
  • Able to work well within a team
  • Self-sufficient in research abilities
  • Possesses critical thinking skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Certifications and related degrees are a plus
