A few of our managers attended the ConnectWise Nor’easters User Group Meeting in Providence, Rhode Island. We joined some of our fellow ConnectWise’ers for a day full of informational sessions. We even learned how to better utilize some of the software’s advanced features in our daily operations. Jake, one of our Business Technicians, was able to attend his first ConnectWise event! We like to bring some of our technicians to events, so they can learn more about the IT industry.
This meeting’s agenda focused on service. As our company continues to grow, we want to ensure that we are efficiently managing the business. We pride ourselves on our high level of dedication to our clients. By learning to properly scale the company as we grow, we can maintain our high standards of quality support and service, while continuing to deliver our rapid response time.
Overall, our experience at the Nor’easters User Group Meeting was a success! It was a productive day, we learned a lot, and we’re ready to elevate our business to the next level!
